To move forward, please provide all your practice details, including your Practice Number, VAT number, and a consent form allowing us to access your Remittance Advices (which can be either accessed or emailed to clearmed2017@gmail.com). Additionally, include all your contact details.
PATIENT DETAILS/ACCOUNT RATES
Every account you want to submit should be emailed to the provided address (clearmed2017@gmail.com along with the ICD10 codes (or diagnoses) and procedure codes. Any inaccuracies on the admission will be corrected by us. If you want to charge the account at a specific percentage, please inform us; otherwise, the account will be processed at the rates of the specific scheme.
